Image Source of California Acquired by Visual Edge​
Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. today announced that it advised Brad Craft of Image Source on the sale of the business to Visual Edge Technology.

Image Source is one of the largest Xerox dealer/agents in the United States with 14 locations throughout California. Image Source will continue operations under the leadership of Brad Craft and his management team and joins the family of Visual Edge Technology Companies.

Image Source, headquartered in San Bernardino and founded in 1988, has been serving the needs of California businesses and institutions with a full line of Xerox products, as well as Canon, KIP and others. Image Source received an award as the fastest growing dealership at the most recent ITEX show and was runner up for the Dealer of the Year award. Brad Craft, Image Source President, stated, "In a rapidly consolidating industry, it is extremely important for us to operate from a stronger competitive position, while remaining an independent business within the Visual Edge Technology Office Solutions family. We will continue to grow together."

Duplicator Sales & Service Acquires Corporate Mailing Systems
Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. today announced that it advised John Turner of Corporate Mailing Systems, Inc. in the sale of the business to Duplicator Sales & Services.

Corporate Mailing is a Francotyp Postalia mailing systems dealership located in Louisville, KY. Corporate Mailing has been serving the mailing and shipping needs of Louisville businesses, government agencies and non-profits since 1990. Duplicator Sales & Service (DS&S), founded in 1959, is an office technology, equipment, and print communication business, servicing companies and organizations in the Kentuckiana marketplace involved in the processing, creation, distribution, storage, and retrieval of information. The acquisition brings DS&S into the mailing and shipping business.

John Turner, Corporate Mailing's president, was quoted as saying; "I am excited to have Corporate Mailing join the DS&S team. Bringing the companies together will provide our customers with an expanded offering of products and services." The team from Corporate Mailing will remain with DS&S as the companies merge.

Business Machines, Inc. Acquires Neopost Operations in Southern Colorado
Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. today announced that it advised David Friedman of Business Machines, Inc. in the acquisition of Neopost's operations in Southern Colorado.

Business Machines, Inc, (BMI) headquartered in Colorado Springs and founded in 1972, has been serving the needs of Southern Colorado businesses with a full line of mailing and shipping solutions. BMI was recently recognized as one of the top Neopost dealers in the country. The acquisition adds to BMI's dominance in Southern Colorado. David Friedman, BMI's President said "The acquisition allows BMI to increase our footprint and will allow the customers to receive service from a company that is dedicated solely to the Southern Colorado market. It is a real win-win." BMI and Neopost are working closely together to ensure a smooth transition for the customer base.

Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. announced that it advised Tony and Mark Steadman of Stan's - LPS Midwest in the acquisition/merger with Stateline Copy Products.

Founded in 1960 by Stanley J. Steadman, Stan's - LPS Midwest has grown to become a market leader in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin by providing clients with custom business solutions that combine software, services, and hardware. Teamed with Stateline, authorized name brands now include Toshiba, DocuWare, Ricoh, HP, and Lexmark. Stateline Copy Products, located in South Beloit, IL, was owned by Dick and Bonnie Miller. Stateline serves the Janesville, Beloit and greater Rockford areas. Docutrend Acquires SCBS Technology Consultants
Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. today announced that it advised Pat Como, President of SCBS Technology Consultants, in a sale of the business to Docutrend.

SCBS Technology is a copy/print dealership based in New York, NY. They have served the NY area for more than 20 years. SCBS was built on providing their customers with top notch products and service.

Docutrend, founded in 2002, specializes in helping businesses control their printing and document costs through innovative software and hardware solutions. With locations in NYC, NJ and PA, it is one of the fastest growing businesses in the area and is an authorized dealer for Canon, Samsung and HP for their entire range of office equipment products. 

The SCBS team of field engineers has joined Docutrend and will continue to service the SCBS customer base. Docutrend's team of admin and sales professionals will work with SCBS' customers to ensure a smooth transition.
